Premiership rugby player, Matt Jess, joins therapist and patient at the latter end of the rehabilitation journey. Working closely with the patients case manager in the final few weeks of rehabilitation, Matt takes charge of the sport specific strengthening and skill work to return the patient back to their sport as if nothing had ever happened!
Matt's onward sport specific training is not only limited to rugby players. Having studied sports conditioning for many years, Matt can coach and develop you through any sport to achieve your full potential.
Making use of our private outdoor grounds and our indoor studio, Matt can usually be found getting down and dirty with athletes and players from all over Devon and Cornwall. Corporate coaching and team building days are also available on site.

Rugby strength coach and personal trainer, Todd has been working to develop patients through sports specific strength and conditioning exercise using his knowledge from previously playing with Exeter Chiefs and moving on to play championship level at the Cornish Pirates.
Todd has been a heavy resistance trainer for 7 years and has built a naturally large frame from a young age. It is important to Todd to promote the benefits and integrity associated with clean and natural bodybuilding in young athletes and gym users.
Sports specific coaching and body change/development training with Todd is available for all ages and abilities.
