What is rehab therapy?
Remedial therapy or ‘rehab’ is a structured programme designed by therapists for people who have sustained an injury. Depending on the type of injury, your programme may include strengthening exercises, mobilising, or pain relief techniques and functional skills. At Pulse Therapy, we aim to maximise recovery by tailoring the rehabilitation to your individual goals and monitoring your progress throughout.
